• Maintain outstanding CSI scores demonstrating a commitment to client delight and dealership excellence.

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership.
• The ability to provide CSI scores from the last 90 days .
• A positive solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The drive to take ownership of the client experience and continuously improve.
