You will help to deter security-related incidents, support access activities, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking lots, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and deliveries, verifying access permissions and communicating with site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Assist with traffic flow, gate operations, and vehicle screening processes as needed, while maintaining awareness of site rules, restricted areas, and operational schedules.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
