What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the sourcing strategy with your IT stakeholders, in collaboration with global sourcing and aligned with company's objectives to achieve financial performance target as well as quality, sustainability and timely delivery objectives.
In this position you will work in close partnership with the IT Enterprise Architecture, Operations & Finance category leads and finance leads, and Global Sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders, be recognized as a valued partner and influence business decisions optimizing the value creation
- Develop and implement sourcing strategie s: Create and execute sourcing strategies for Enterprise Architecture, Operations & Finance categories, encompassing software (including shadow IT), tech managed and professional services, with a focus on innovative technologies, including AI and Machine Learning, to align with L'Oréal's digital transformation goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements : Lead sourcing events (direct negotiations, RFx) in close collaboration with IT stakeholders to secure favorable terms and conditions for both traditional IT solutions and emerging technologies like AI, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Support L'Oréal's digital transformation : Contribute to L'Oréal's digital transformation by sourcing and implementing innovative technologies that enhance business operations and support new business models, in line with the company's overall strategic direction.
- Drive cost optimization : Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the category.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) : Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics in close collaboration with the finance partners
- L4TF lead : Coordinate the IT sourcing team to achieve L4TF objectives related to Inclusive sourcing. diversity and decarbonization.
- Ensure compliance and ethics : Ensure compliancy to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to IT and sourcing.
