Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018, and we're devoted to supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities by providing Direct Care Staff in the Home and Community settings. With over 25 years of experience in the home care industry, our team is made up of highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals.
About the Role:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care, behavioral support, and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout New Jersey. If you're passionate about supporting others and making a positive impact, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Community integration and companionship
• Behavioral support and mentorship
• Medication administration
• Transportation to community activities
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
• At Least 18 Years of Age
• CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)
• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record (may be required depending on your assigned case)
• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred (but not required)

• Competitive hourly pay: $21.40 - $30.00 per hour
