Seeking a Pool Maintenance Associate to join our team! As an integral part of our swim lesson provider, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our instructors and swimmers. Here's what the role entails:

Pool Environment Optimization: You'll be responsible for checking and adjusting the pool temperature to create an optimal and inviting swimming environment.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge to handle temperature measurements effectively.

Water Hygiene Management: Maintaining a clean and sanitary swimming environment is paramount. You'll monitor chlorine levels and ensure water cleanliness by employing our proven methods. We'll provide you with the necessary training to become a skilled chlorine-level checker.

Pump System Maintenance: Your keen eye for detail will be essential in inspecting the pool's pump system. By identifying and addressing any potential issues, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of the pool. Our training program will guide you in becoming proficient in pump system checks.

Chemical Inventory Management: You'll oversee the availability of pool chemicals and ensure they are adequately stocked. If you notice low chlorine levels, you'll have the opportunity to add pool chlorine, enhancing water safety. Rest assured, we provide training on chemical handling procedures.

Pool Maintenance Duties: Alongside the primary responsibilities, you'll perform routine maintenance tasks such as brushing the pool walls and using a skimmer to maintain a clean water surface. Additionally, you'll have access to a power washer to keep the pool deck pristine.

This position offers flexibility. You'll utilize your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) and have access to a company van for convenient chemical transportation.

Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 am to 3 pm, Saturdays from 7:30 am to 8:30 am

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• A reliable vehicle is a MUST!

Skills

• Ability to reliably travel between pools and transport equipment.
• Ability to pick up pool chemicals from the office or the store and deliver to the pools.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
