Community Liaison Specialist

Position Summary:

The Community Liaison Specialist performs an array of duties for GenPsych. This position manages overall marketing and sales initiatives by maintaining relationships and providing the highest standard of service to all referral sources, clients and professionals to increase GenPsych client intake objectives and other corporate goals.

Job Functions and Duties:

• Represent GenPsych and serve as the main liaison and point of contact for GenPsych in the community and all community professionals: Psychiatrists, Pediatricians, Family Practitioners, Therapists, Social Workers, Clinicians and general public.
• Maintain consistent communication and foster relationships with all outside providers.
• Promote and enhance company's public image and develop ways to increase company ratings and competitive intelligence through development of social media and interactive strategies to compliment marketing plan.
• Assist in overall marketing and sales initiatives. Identify new referrals and send out marketing materials.
• Write content for print materials, newsletters, brochures, posters, direct mail pieces, internet promotions, videos and other broadcast media. Post upcoming company events on company website and social media sites. Write and post content to company's website.
• Compile and analyze feedback and public reviews and use quantitative measurement tools to track and report on results of duties.
• Provide the highest standard of customer service to all consumers including referral sources, clients, and professionals. Manage all internet inquiries and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of marketing experience required. Behavioral health or medical health setting is preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite with MS Office. Must possess excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and excellent customer service abilities.
