Account Assistant
Always Bargain is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Accounting Professional to manage and interpret company's financial records. This role is crucial to our business success, handling daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain accurate financial health. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including recording journal entries and managing the general ledger. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage payment runs, and handle vendor invoicing. Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly bank, credit card, and vendor statement reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end close, financial analysis, and preparing financial statements. Administrative Support: Assist with reporting, data entry, and special projects.
