Receptionist Bilingual
Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and organized front-office experience for employees, visitors, and partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring proper sign-in procedures are followed.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office to handle emails, track schedules or workflows , write correspondence, review invoices.
- Data entry as a daily task , including but not limited to entering new orders, processing orders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and office needs.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to type as least 45 WPM
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Payrate:
$20.00/hour to $23.00/ hour depending on experience
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
