Oversee all sales operations and strategy for The Atlantic District in our Hoboken office.

Mentor and guide individual sales managers to help them reach their professional potential.

Evaluate current market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

Collaborate with the executive team to refine our long-term vision and revenue goals.

Foster a culture of transparency, mutual support, and high performance across all departments.

Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation to ensure long-term stability and success.

State insurance producer license for life and health.

Seven years of leadership experience within the insurance sector.

Deep understanding of insurance brokerage operations and sales cycles.

Demonstrated history of coaching high-performing sales teams to exceed revenue targets.

Strategic planning and budgeting proficiency.

Familiarity with industry-specific CRM platforms and data-driven sales forecasting.
