Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist
Compensation: Up to $80 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time | 1 Day a Week | 7.5 Hours per Day

About the Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide specialized therapy, diagnosis, and treatment in alignment with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Your contributions will not only enhance the communication skills of our students but also support their overall growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored therapy treatments and instructional techniques based on students’ IEPs.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student strengths and areas for improvement, while documenting progress through comprehensive reports.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams during IEP meetings to assess student needs and refine therapy interventions and goals.
- Work closely with teachers to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities, ensuring consistent learning experiences for students.
- Offer guidance and support to parents regarding their child's therapy program, fostering a collaborative approach to development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring timely submission of documentation.
- Stay informed on the latest research and best practices in school-based therapy to continuously enhance your skill set.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a Master’s Equivalency.
- New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Speech-Language Specialist Certificate (SLS).
- Current Child Abuse, Federal, and State Clearances.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
