As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Agent in BRANCHBURG, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first, acts with integrity, and brings innovation to every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and communications location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity and sharing updates with site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or credential checks in accordance with site policies while supporting a professional atmosphere for employees, contractors, and guests.
• Report maintenance issues, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel and assist with follow-up as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
