Key Responsibilities

As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you’ll:

• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with field personnel, department managers, and customers while organizing and tracking key details.
• Manage warm leads by following up on estimates and converting them into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, responding to inquiries professionally.
• Prioritize and assess emergency situations using sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor follow-ups for additional sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a professional and personable demeanor.

• Basic computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of New Jersey, parts of New York, and Pennsylvania is a plus.
• Sales experience (phone or in-person) is highly valued.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.
