Job Summary:

We are seeking a part-time **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) **to work with children with ASD in our Hamilton Township, New Jersey clinic. As an RBT, you will work closely with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to design and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide direct therapy services to our clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of enhancing the lives of children with ASD.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and behavioral observations to inform treatment plans

• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to improve client skills and behaviors

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to review and modify treatment plans

• Provide direct therapy services to clients, including ABA techniques and positive reinforcement strategies

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and services

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology) preferred

• Experience working with children with ASD or similar populations

• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities and schedules
