Leasing Assistant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer / Follow-up with incoming phone call and email leads from prospects
- Schedule appointments with prospects and guide them on tours
- Complete the application and lease signing processes with prospects
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with Property Management
- Maintain Daily and Weekly Reports
- Deliver superior customer service
- Reports to the Regional Leasing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent written, verbal, and email etiquette
- Motivated and Well Organized
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Yardi, or other property management software preferred
- At least 1 year of real estate experience is preferred
- Must be able to work weekends.
