Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer / Follow-up with incoming phone call and email leads from prospects
  • Schedule appointments with prospects and guide them on tours
  • Complete the application and lease signing processes with prospects
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with Property Management
  • Maintain Daily and Weekly Reports
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Reports to the Regional Leasing Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and email etiquette
  • Motivated and Well Organized
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Yardi, or other property management software preferred
  • At least 1 year of real estate experience is preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends.
