Business Development Center (BDC) / Internet Sales Representative

Our fast-growing dealership is looking for BDC / Internet Sales Representatives to handle incoming internet leads, connect with customers, and set sales appointments for our team. This is a high-volume opportunity with strong earning potential for motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom prospects

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments

• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet

• Build relationships with current and past customers to generate repeat business

• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system

• Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores

• Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and phone skills

• Positive attitude and money-motivated mindset

• Organized and comfortable with computers/CRM systems

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus (but we will train the right person )

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
