We are seeking a skilled and professional Drain Cleaning and Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team that services residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision work, communicates well with clients, and delivers a premium experience from start to finish.
WE SERVICE MOST OF SOUTH JERSEY
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve drain blockages using professional equipment (e.g., augers, jetters, camera inspections)
- Provide high-end customer service to homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Conduct thorough inspections and clearly communicate findings to clients
- Maintain accurate service reports, recommendations, and estimates using a mobile device
- Operate and maintain drain cleaning tools and equipment safely and professionally
- Uphold company standards of cleanliness and professionalism on every job site
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance and additional services
- Respond to service calls promptly and work flexible hours when needed (some evenings/weekends)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drain cleaning or plumbing services
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with camera inspection systems and hydro jetting equipment is a plus
- Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile service software and tablets
