Solar Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Solar Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience, and a willingness to work both on the ground and on the roof when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in solar service and maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of SolarEdge and Enphase systems
- Familiarity with both production and consumption metering
- Understanding of manufacturer communication systems for both SolarEdge and Enphase
- Ability to diagnose system issues and perform effective troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Service, troubleshooting, and repair residential and commercial solar systems
- Create and manage RMA cases, ensuring proper follow-up through completion
- Climb and work on rooftops when required for diagnostics and repairs
- Perform system removals and reinstalls
- Install EV chargers
- Installation of structural work including collar tie and knee wall installation
- Operate equipment such as trenchers and complete trenching/backfilling as needed
Work Schedule:
- Start time: 7:00 AM daily
- End time: When the day’s work is completed
- Saturdays required as needed
