We are looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for Country Arch Care Center! 5 star rated, Premier post hospital, inpatient rehab and nursing center!

PRN also available.

Located in scenic, Hunterdon County, County Arch Care Center provides outstanding rehabilitative services as well as long term care, respite and hospice services. Duties Include:

• Evaluate Residents conditions for swallowing or cognitive deficits
• Help Residents in their goals to improve Cognition or Swallowing
• Education for Residents and Caregivers
• Help Residents through their tasks and monitor their performance
• Maintain Resident confidence & protects facility by keeping information confidential
• Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Contributes to team effort
• Perform Daily Documentation
• Perform Daily Billing
