Food Runner
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Food Runner & Busser to support our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role is responsible for delivering food orders promptly, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and assisting servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities Food Runner Duties
Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
Ensure dishes are presented properly and match guest orders.
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders and special requests.
Assist in preparing garnishes and ensuring plates are ready for service.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction after food delivery.
Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
Refill water glasses and assist with bread or other complimentary items.
Assist servers with side work and restocking supplies.
Dispose of trash and maintain sanitation standards.
No prior experience required; restaurant experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fast-paced restaurant setting.
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays up to 30–40 lbs.
Exposure to kitchen heat, noise, and busy dining areas.
