Post Harvest Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to support both our post-harvest operations and administrative needs. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a warehouse/production environment but is also comfortable managing data, documentation, and cross-department communication.

• Assist with packaging, trimming, labeling, and general post-harvest processes
• Manage packaging materials, including tracking inventory levels and coordinating purchasing needs
• Support the order fulfillment department with accurate picking, packing, and staging of finished goods
• Assist with inventory management across post-harvest and finished goods, helping to ensure accurate counts and proper rotation (FIFO).
• Administrative & Data Support Track inventory and production data using Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance, internal reporting, and audits
• Support warehouse scheduling, task tracking, and communication between production, fulfillment, and sales teams
• Pull and organize data reports as requested by leadership (production, yields, inventory, etc.)
• Support the sales department as needed, including some light customer service or order-related communication

• Learn and utilize company ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., Distru) and track relevant data accurately
• Become familiar with Metrc and other inventory/compliance systems as needed
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant/operations leadership as they transition to a more sales-oriented focus, taking on portions of their former responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, filtering, and basic reporting)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating between multiple departments
• Previous experience in post-harvest, packaging, warehouse operations, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred
• Experience in the cannabis industry or working with cannabis/CPG inventory is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms (such as Distru) and/or Metrc is a plus, or willingness to learn quickly

• Ability to stand for extended periods during post-harvest and packaging tasks
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry boxes or materials (up to ~40-50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment
