Regional Operations Manager

About the Role: Mindify Wellness & Care is a leading outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to supporting youth through psychiatric and therapeutic services. We are seeking a high-energy Regional Manager to lead our 15 New Jersey facilities. You will be responsible for the operational success of each location, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient staffing, and consistent growth in patient volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Develop and implement standardized protocols and workflows across all 15 locations to ensure consistency and clinical excellence.

• Staffing & Talent Management: Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of psychiatric and therapeutic staff to ensure every facility is fully and appropriately staffed.

• Business Growth: Drive strategic initiatives to increase patient count and facility utilization through community outreach and school-based partnerships.

• Compliance & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure all facilities meet state regulations and Mindify’s internal standards for "high-quality mental health care".

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each branch, focusing on patient retention, staff productivity, and revenue growth.

• Partnership Management: Support the development of school-based programs and "alternative agreements" for insurance and payment options.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, specifically overseeing multiple locations (experience in Mental Health or Behavioral Health preferred).

• Leadership: Proven track record of hiring, training, and retaining high-performing clinical and administrative teams.

• Growth Mindset: Strong business acumen with experience in marketing or community outreach to drive patient volume.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with school staff, families, and clinic teams.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with New Jersey healthcare regulations and insurance reimbursement processes.
