Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Farmingdale, NJ. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ABA treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and support to clients and their families. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Develop and implement ABA programs to address client goals and objectives

• Provide training and support to clients and their families, including parents, teachers, and other caregivers

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

• 1 year of experience in the ABA field

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
