**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols within the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the retail setting to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist customers, employees, and visitors by providing directions or information as needed while maintaining a security-related presence.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points within the retail location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
