As the face of our hotel, you will make every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you will keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality. This role operates within a front desk team during night shifts, using a proprietary hotel management system to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities
- Conduct smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
- Monitor lobby activities to maintain a welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Manage reservations and respond to guest requests using hotel management software
- Work collaboratively within the front desk team during night shifts
- Prepare and set up the guest breakfast area in the early morning, ensuring food is fresh and the station is ready for start of breakfast.
- Perform occasional laundry duties (washing, folding, and stocking linens) to keep our operations running like clockwork.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality
