Payroll Administrator
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
education: Bachelors Responsibilities
- Assist the Payroll Manager in coordinating and supporting the end-to-end processing of U.S. biweekly payrolls using ADP GlobalView
- Review and validate payroll transactions
- Resolve urgent payroll matters, including off-cycle and manual payments
- Review severance agreements and related payments to ensure they align with terms, policies, and legal requirements.
- Review payroll transactions completed by team members, helping to identify discrepancies and improve accuracy
- Provide support to team members by answering questions
- Support the administration of employee benefit programs
- Assist with employee tax matters, including address validation, work and resident state taxation, and multi-state withholding requirements.
- Review and process leave of absence events
- Support special projects
- Payroll Processing (5 years of experience is preferred)
- Payroll Tax
- Benefit Administration
- Leadership (1 year of experience is preferred)
- ADP
- Payroll Accounting & Benefits
- ADP GlobalView
- Compliance
- MS Office
- Communication
- Subject Matter Expert (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Years of experience: 5 years
- Experience level: Experienced
