As a Multi-Media Content Developer within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will play a critical role in transforming training needs into engaging, multimedia learning experiences. You'll work closely with Field Support, front-office partners, and key stakeholders to identify content needs, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and deliver timely communications. Your work will directly support the adoption of new technology platforms and enhance the learning experience for employees across the organization. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Field Support, front-office partners, and key stakeholders to identify training content needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all training materials align with policies and procedures.
  • Partner with technology and product owners to deliver timely communications and support platform adoption.
  • Serve as a day-to-day training resource for the front office on J.P. Advisors procedures, systems, and best practices.
  • Engage the front office on new technology platforms and work with the Field Support team to manage and troubleshoot pain points.
  • Create engaging content and design curriculum, including exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
  • Develop training materials and media, including audio, video, simulations, and eLearning modules.
  • Establish criteria to assess learner performance and measure training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders on training content development, including analysis of source documents and data sets.
  • Plan and deliver virtual instructor-led programs and eLearning initiatives.
  • Maintain an online repository of training collateral, including guides, one-pagers, FAQs, and videos.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willing to work in dynamic work environment
  • Website/HTML knowledge required, highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel,
  • Demonstrate use of analytical skills in a training organization, ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization, and proven ability to work independently and completely handle multiple responsibilities with high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Ability to take the lead in unstructured situations and ensure an optimal experience, and ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multi-task; Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Instructional design experience in a training organization
  • Ability to travel domestically, if needed
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Proficient in Camtasia, Captivate, and/or Storyline
  • Knowledge of Vyond software
  • Self-starter with the ability to successfully operate with limited guidance
  • Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
