The Role The Field Supervisor / Project Manager will oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Success in this role means leading crews effectively, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth project execution from kickoff to closeout. The position reports into the Operations leadership team and works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial roofing projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and budgets.

• Conduct pre-job meetings, safety huddles, and site inspections.

• Review project scope, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with company and manufacturer standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation including reports, time tracking, and material usage.

• Act as primary contact for customers, site representatives, and stakeholders.

• Support scheduling, procurement, and change orders as needed.

• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are enforced at all times.

• Drive project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with supervisory or project management experience preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, and built-up roofing systems.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate crews and maintain safe, efficient worksites.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency with project documentation and basic computer/mobile applications.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
