Client Contact Specialist for Financial Advisors
We are two partnered financial advisors looking to grow our practice significantly over the next 3 to 5 years. We add 400-500 clients per year to our book of business and are seeking and dependable and reliable Client Contact Specialist.
This job requires diligent and proactive outreach to over 1000 client existing clients of the firm. This is an extremely detailed oriented position for someone who works well alone. The primary tasks of this position are:
· Contacting clients via phone or email
· Emailing and faxing documents
· Scheduling client meetings
· Meticulously processing paperwork
· Strong communication skills with clients and third-party entities
· Scanning paperwork and maintaining a digital file
· Marketing
· Answering phones
· Tracking all client contact and recording it via Excel and or Salesforce
Promotions after 6 months with highly rated performance review!
Must be proficient with:
-Excel spreadsheets
-Salesforce
Experience:
-5 of administrative assistant experience REQUIRED preferably in the financial industry
-Paperclip (scanning filing system)
Educational Requirements
Associates degree preferred or high school diploma plus 10 years' experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
