We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care in a clinical setting. This role involves delivering preventive and primary care services, collaborating with physicians, and supporting patients across a variety of health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and preventive health assessments
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and provide patient education, including discharge instructions
• Prescribe medications and recommend therapies as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Refer patients to specialists or additional care when needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records (EMR systems such as Epic preferred)
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong phlebotomy skills required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Primary Care experience with at least 1 year as an autonomous provider
• Experience in a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA in:
• • Ambulatory care
  • Occupational health
  • Family practice
  • Emergency department
• Women’s Health experience required

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (Required)
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of practice
• • OR Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) (if applicable)
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA or ARC)
• Authorized to prescribe medications per state regulations
