Office Administrator (Logistics)

SUMMARY
Designers Edge office is seeking an Office Administrator to a company that provides site surveying services to Fortune 1000 companies, enterprise architectural firms, large property management and construction companies throughout North America. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-pace team environment, participate in a winning culture, possess excellent communication skills, very detailed oriented, and a desire to be part of a growing company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Coordinate Employee Schedules including Office Staff, and Site Surveyors.
- Coordinate on-site Dates and Times with Clients, and Designers Edge Staff.
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing Documents.
- Arrange all travel for Site Surveyors, and Company Executives.
- Update and maintain database.
- Oversee staff project management updates
- Manage and Correlate All Time Sheets of Survey Staff
- Perform Accounting Tasks, including Invoicing, Budget Tracking, and Expense Reports.
- Some Customer Service
COMPETENCIES/QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Project Management is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma Required (Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- 5+ Years' Experience working in an office setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
