We are a leading Restoration & Reconstruction company serving residential and commercial clients across New Jersey. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class service to property owners and insurance carriers, helping people get back to normal quickly after unexpected property loss. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced industry professional to take ownership of our business development efforts and help us strengthen our referral network.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a strong understanding of the restoration and reconstruction industry, who knows how to build relationships with the right partners and create lasting referral pipelines.
This is not an entry-level sales role — this position is designed for someone who understands:
- How restoration projects flow.
- The importance of trusted relationships with plumbers, adjusters, insurance agents, and property managers.
- How to create consistent, long-term revenue streams through business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents/brokers, adjusters, and TPAs.
- Leverage existing contacts and develop new partnerships within the restoration, insurance, and property management sectors.
- Conduct consistent in-field prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, manage leads, and report activities.
- Represent our company professionally at all times and serve as a trusted partner for clients and referral partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits:
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000 (60,000 Base Salary + Commission)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in restoration, reconstruction, property management, or insurance services.
- Established network of contacts in the plumbing, insurance, or property management industries is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of restoration industry processes, including mitigation, reconstruction, and insurance claims workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organization.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with the internal team.
