As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced industry professional to take ownership of our business development efforts and help us strengthen our referral network.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a strong understanding of the restoration and reconstruction industry, who knows how to build relationships with the right partners and create lasting referral pipelines.

This is not an entry-level sales role — this position is designed for someone who understands:

• How restoration projects flow.
  
• The importance of trusted relationships with plumbers, adjusters, insurance agents, and property managers.
  
• How to create consistent, long-term revenue streams through business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage referral relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents/brokers, adjusters, and TPAs.
  
• Leverage existing contacts and develop new partnerships within the restoration, insurance, and property management sectors.
  
• Conduct consistent in-field prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
  
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, manage leads, and report activities.
  
• Represent our company professionally at all times and serve as a trusted partner for clients and referral partners.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 - $150,000 (60,000 Base Salary + Commission)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in restoration, reconstruction, property management, or insurance services.
  
• Established network of contacts in the plumbing, insurance, or property management industries is strongly preferred.
  
• Deep understanding of restoration industry processes, including mitigation, reconstruction, and insurance claims workflows.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability and organization.
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
  
• Ability to work independently while supporting and collaborating with the internal team.
