Laboratory Technician

Job Title : Laboratory Technician
Location: : Princeton, NJ
Work Model : Onsite
Employment: Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential extension up to 1 year)
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate : $20/hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare laundry product formulations (detergents and softeners)
• Measure pH, specific gravity, and viscosity
• Perform stability and performance testing
• Conduct fragrance evaluations using test panels
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper lab housekeeping
• Support fabric care testing within the Laundry Lab group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Transcripts and/or diploma required if hired
• Hands-on laboratory experience (academic experience acceptable)
• Experience or familiarity with wet chemistry techniques such as:
• PH measurement
• Viscosity
• Titrations
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs (e.g., detergent and related products)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good organizational and documentation skills, including accurate lab notebook maintenance
• Basic computer skills
• Team-oriented mindset
