General Manager

Penny's Bagels is looking for a General Manager who loves hospitality as much as they love building great teams.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply manage shifts. We're looking for a leader who wants ownership of a business—someone who enjoys creating systems, coaching people, solving problems, and helping shape what Penny's becomes as we grow.

If you're energized by mornings, fast-paced service, neighborhood regulars, and building something from the ground up, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operation of Penny's with a hands-on approach.
• Build, coach, and develop an outstanding team.
• Create systems that keep the restaurant organized, efficient, and profitable.
• Hire, train, and onboard new employees.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Analyze sales and financial performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Solve problems before they become emergencies.
• Foster a positive, accountable culture where people enjoy coming to work.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous restaurant management or GM experience.
• Leads with calm confidence.
• Loves coaching people and helping them grow.
• Is organized and naturally proactive.
• Can balance hospitality with financial responsibility.
• Thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being on the floor.
• Wants to grow alongside a company that's continuing to expand.
