About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced IT OTC Analyst / SAP Functional Analyst to support, configure, and enhance critical SAP Order-to-Cash applications.

This is a hands-on functional role focused on translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, and supporting enhancements from configuration through testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP OTC expertise , strong cross-functional knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do

SAP OTC Configuration & Support

• Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash functionality across Sales & Distribution (SD), CRM, rebates, contracts, pricing, and billing
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements
• Troubleshoot application, process, and integration issues
• Identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes

Integration & Technical Analysis

• Support integration between OTC and FI/CO, MM, Supply Chain, and related business processes
• Analyze SAP data structures and system interfaces to resolve complex issues
• Perform ABAP debugging and analysis to identify system problems; ABAP development is not required
• Partner with technical teams, external vendors, and consultants when needed

Testing & Documentation

• Develop clear functional and technical specifications
• Create and maintain process flows, test scripts, training materials, and system documentation
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Ensure system changes follow established IT change control and validation procedures

Business Partnership

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and process improvement opportunities
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting critical deadlines
• Support SAP enhancements, implementations, and process redesign initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP OTC configuration and solution delivery experience
• Strong SAP experience across:

• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• CRM
• Rebates
• Contract Management
• Pricing
• Billing

• Strong understanding of rebate processing, pricing, billing, and contract management
• Experience with OTC integration points involving FI/CO, MM, and Supply Chain
• Ability to interpret SAP data structures and troubleshoot system interfaces
• Hands-on ABAP debugging/analysis experience
• Experience creating detailed functional and technical specifications
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of IT change control and validation procedures
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4 RISE
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or major system enhancements
• Background in large-scale process redesign or transformation projects
• Experience working with external SAP vendors and consultants

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant SAP OTC functional experience in a cross-functional environment
