Client Support Coordinator
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Client Support Coordinator to join our client and support the efficiency and organization of their commercial insurance operations. In this role, you will help streamline administrative workflows, ensure accurate policy processing, and maintain well-structured documentation for a growing book of business. This position plays a key part in keeping account management running smoothly by providing dependable, detail-oriented support to the commercial lines team. This is an onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity based in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Compensation:
Up to $27.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Coordinator:
- Support the commercial lines team by assisting with daily administrative needs that keep client accounts organized and up to date.
- Manage documentation for a book of business, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all files and records.
- Process insurance policies and associated materials with strong attention to detail and compliance standards.
- Create, maintain, and organize electronic files to support smooth workflow and easy information retrieval.
- Generate and pull necessary documents, cards, and materials needed by the team and clients.
Qualifications and Skills for the Client Support Coordinator:
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably within insurance or a similar professional services setting.
- Strong organizational and data?management skills with the ability to keep detailed records accurate and compliant.
- Comfortable working with digital filing systems and processing documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative commercial lines team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
