Salary & Benefits

• $80,000–$90,000 base salary + bonus
• Target total earnings of approximately $120,000–$135,000

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Digital Customer Success Specialist to drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction across its digital fitness solutions. This role combines customer success, consulting, and digital product sales, partnering with fitness operators to maximize the value of technology and improve business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing digital product adoption
• Partner with fitness operators to improve member engagement, retention, and operational performance
• Support the sales team with digital product expertise, training, and pre-sales activities
• Identify digital sales, consulting, upsell, and expansion opportunities
• Monitor customer adoption, active licenses, retention, and overall account health
• Develop customer success stories, best practices, and training materials
• Deliver customer seminars, webinars, and product education
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, forecasts, and pipeline activity
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and long-term success

Qualifications

• Experience using digital platforms to improve member/customer engagement, retention, or operational efficiency
• CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, training, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven, organized, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and priorities
• Strong interest in fitness, wellness, and technology
