Pay Range: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team. Experience with ServiceTitan software is highly valued, and familiarity with the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is a strong advantage.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering and routing incoming calls.
• Scheduling and coordinating service calls.
• Assisting the Service Dispatcher.
• Interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide support and information.
• Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the local geographical area.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
• Comfort with using a multi-line phone system.
• Energetic personality and a career-driven mindset.
