We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do (Front Desk & Patient Experience)You will be the primary point of contact for patients and will help ensure every visit starts and ends on a positive note:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
Answer incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate team members
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using the clinic scheduling system
Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and required forms
Process payments, issue receipts, and handle basic billing tasks
Assist patients with program questions and provide clear guidance on next steps
You’ll support clinic operations and help maintain an organized, efficient workspace:
Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR and ensure confidentiality at all times
Manage daily front-desk opening and closing tasks
Coordinate incoming mail, supplies, and basic inventory for front-office needs
Assist with light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Support clinic marketing and patient engagement initiatives when requested
Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow and timely communications
Must-have strengths:
A positive, professional attitude and genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable
Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication and phone etiquette
Ability to handle confidential information and follow clinic protocols
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn EMR and scheduling systems
Bonus skills (not mandatory):
Prior medical office or front-desk experience
Familiarity with insurance verification or basic billing
Experience with customer service in a healthcare or wellness setting
You’ll make a meaningful impact on patient experiences and support their wellness journeys
You’ll work in a supportive, upbeat, mission-driven clinic
