Machine Attendant – Berlin, NJ

Overview:

• Immediate Direct Hire role in industrial manufacturing
• No experience required – training provided

Shift/Pay:

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (14 days/month)
• Rotating schedule (day/night shifts)
• Pay: $20.50/hr + raises every 6 months

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing/packaging equipment
• Perform quality inspections
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Ensure safe and efficient production

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work with heavy machinery
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Work Environment:

• Industrial setting (hot/cold, noisy, heavy equipment)
• PPE required (steel-toe shoes, ear protection, gloves)
