Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN)

• Location: Northern New Jersey
• About the Practice:
• This private practice is a well-established practice owned by an experienced and dedicated physician with a busy, thriving office. The practice is busy and you'll see 25-35 patients a day. The group performs 35-40 deliveries per month. The office has a highly supportive and efficient team including an administrator, front desk staff, 3 midwives, and 2 physician assistants. The practice delivers at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, a facility with a Level III NICU and 3 robotic surgery systems. Minor procedures are performed at the Short Hills Surgery Center.
• We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable OBGYN to join her practice and help provide exceptional care to her patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to quality patient care, with the potential for partnership in the future.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Call Coverage : 1x/week and one weekend per month and vacation coverage while owner is on vacation. Post call day off.
• Hospital Call : Call is from home, but must live within 15-20 minutes of Overlook Medical Center due to hospital bylaws.
• Collaborate with the team : Work alongside midwives, PAs, and the office staff to ensure excellent patient care and practice efficiency.
• Flexible Schedule: Full or part time schedule available.
• Qualifications:
• Board-certified/eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Must reside in New Jersey within a 15-20 minute radius of Overlook Medical Center.
• Must be able to cover call 1x per week and one weekend per month.
• Ability to provide high-quality care and work as part of a dynamic team.
• Experience in delivering babies, managing prenatal and postnatal care, and performing gynecological procedures.
