QA/QC Architect - For NYC Healthcare Projects!

What You'll Do
+ Own the QA/QC process: Review and approve drawings and specs to ensure flawless execution.
+ Lead with impact: Oversee document production from start to finish, guaranteeing timely delivery and top-tier quality.
+ Set the standard: Develop and enforce QA/QC protocols that raise the bar for every project.
+ Be the go-to expert: Mentor teams, resolve technical challenges, and champion best practices.
+ Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with internal teams and external consultants for seamless design integration.
+ Leverage technology: Use Revit to streamline document review and coordination.
What You Bring
+ Licensed Architect with 10+ years of QA/QC expertise in architectural projects.
+ Mastery of construction documentation standards and best practices.
+ Proficiency in Revit and related design tools.
+ Experience managing complex projects-healthcare and labs preferred.
+ Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bonus Points
+ Hands-on experience with hospitals, medical centers, and lab facilities.
+ Ready to work on-site in NYC, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jersey City, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
