About Our Client:

An established orthopedic practice is seeking an experienced AR Rep to handle high-dollar surgical claims. This position is fully on-site.

Job Description:

This AR Rep/Full-Cycle Biller position manages all aspects of accounts receivable for assigned commercial payors (primarily Aetna and Cigna). The role includes claim submission, follow-up on aging reports, managing credits/refunds, and ensuring timely resolution of high-dollar surgical claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and follow up on surgical claims (primarily high-dollar) with assigned payors.
• Analyze and manage all AR accounts to resolution per payer guidelines.
• Work credits, refunds, account adjustments, and overpayments.
• Utilize Navinet and payor websites to check payment status and follow up.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical AR/billing office.
• ECW experience preferred.
• Orthopedic/surgical billing experience strongly preferred.
