Role Description

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) plays a critical role in supporting our providers, optimizing clinical workflows, and creating an exceptional patient experience. You will be responsible for clinical preparation, rooming, documentation, and follow-up , ensuring patients receive efficient, compassionate, and seamless care. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about women’s health. Performance is measured by clear, results-driven metrics.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in medical terminology and EMR documentation.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks without supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• 2+ years of experience in a medical or women’s health practice.
• Experience with EMR systems (list in application, Athena strongly preferred).
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
• Medical Assisting and Patient Care skills
• Proficiency in managing Medical Records
