Job Summary
The Systems Service Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating daily service operations for the Systems Department. This position is responsible for scheduling field service technicians, managing customer communications, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring efficient routing and timely job completion.
This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and professional when handling urgent service requests or challenging customer situations.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or service coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer-based systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read maps and understand service routing
- Knowledge of fire protection, electronic, or mechanical systems preferred
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule, route, and manage daily service jobs for Systems Field Service Technicians, maintaining accurate dispatch boards
- Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and system upgrades with customers, including proactive schedule adjustments and confirmations
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:20 am – 3:50 PM
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls and emails, resolving inquiries and issues professionally and promptly
- Ensure accurate job closeouts, documentation, customer records, and purchase order verification prior to scheduling work
- Support project managers, account managers, purchasing, and inventory functions as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, communication protocols, and documentation requirement
