We are now hiring Part-Time Pet Care Specialists at our Warren facility. PLEASE NOTE: We are staffed Monday-Sunday from 6AM-10PM and availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
No prior professional experience is required—but a natural comfort around dogs of all sizes is essential! The starting rate is $15.50/hour, with additional pay considerations for candidates with prior professional pet care experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engage hands-on in the health and wellness of our canine and feline guests.
- Prepare & deliver meals while following precise schedules and instructions.
- Provide engaging enrichment activities, including nature trail walks, off-leash play, and cuddle sessions.
- Maintain detailed records for each pet guest.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and pet areas.
- Help us deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining detailed observations and records for each pet guest.

What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable handling dogs and cats of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments (prior experience preferred but not required)
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties related to animal care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
- Ability to read and write in English (for documentation, communication, and safety procedures)
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
