Speech Language Pathologist
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is excited to welcome a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF)to our team in Newark, NJ for a part-time, school-based position ! Join us in making a meaningful impact on every child’s developmental journey.
We proudly support Clinical Fellows and new graduates , offering direct supervision and hands-on training to help you grow with confidence.

Position Details
Setting: School-Based (Pediatrics)
Clinical Fellows: Receive direct supervision
Pay: $55-70 hr
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide evidence-based therapy to support communication development.
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
