Job Title: Case Picker and Reach Truck Operator

Job Description

The Case Picker and Reach Truck Operator is responsible for accurately picking and staging cases for shipment using a reach truck and other material handling equipment. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory integrity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks proficiently in narrow aisles and high racks.
• Accurately pick cases based on order sheets or RF scanners.
• Ensure correct product counts and minimize shrinkage.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Navigate digital systems for tracking and updating inventory.
• Participate in machine operations tests and training as required.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in reach truck operation.
• Experience in case picking and using RF scanners.
• Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Work Environment

The role operates in a warehouse setting, which may include extremely cold storage or ambient temperature zones. It is fast-paced and physically demanding with a team-oriented culture and a safety-first mindset. Shift-based work is required, with availability for day, night, or weekend shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
