Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all inspection activities including incoming in-process and final product quality checks.
• Lead investigations into non-conformances root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop maintain and update quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data preparing reports for management.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC Root Cause Analysis FMEA and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Certified Internal Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the workforce or supply chain.
