Accountant 3 - Accounts Receivable
Pay Rate: $25 - $28/Hour
- Staff Accountant to support the billing and invoicing supporting our global network.
- The Staff Accountant will partner with site operations and finance to process monthly billing and invoicing of license fees through Sage Intacct.
- The Staff Accountant will also be responsible for completing month and quarter close activities related to billing and Accounts Receivable in partnership with the finance team.
- Monthly financial reporting will be required in partnership with site operations and finance.
- Previous experience with Sage Intacct is required as the Staff Accountant will serve as the subject matter expert for the system.
- Initially, the Staff Accountant will assist with the set up off customer profiles and the set up of billing.
- After the initial set up is complete, the Staff Accountant will be expected to maintain the system and customer profiles on an ad-hoc basis.
- This role will also support ad-hoc management of purchase orders for the global team.
- Due to the global nature of the role, flexible hours are required and can be fully remote in the US.
- Outside of the initial set-up, this role will likely require less than 40 hours/week.
- An ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 4-6 years are prior work experience with a bachelor’s degree is required.
