About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision.

This is an outside sales role where you’ll leverage modern technology to present and close deals directly in customers’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath solutions using our software tools
• Provide pricing and close sales during appointments
• Participate in weekly training sessions to improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred
• Background in home improvement or remodeling is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confident presenter with the ability to close sales effectively
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Structure

• Target earnings: $100,000+ annually
• Commission-based role (earnings depend on performance)
